    Top-class & beautifully maintained unit with nice view. Magnificent and perfect location - just off el poblado square plaza, the Antioquia Museum, and beautiful medellin, of which there are many.

    Magnificent location, magnificent views over town and amicable staff. Brand-new room with a private bathroom. Location next to Medellin and public transport. Also, as in walking distance to night life.

    The room was classy and spacious with a super comfortable bed. We enjoyed the good pool and the timely room service. Dinner at tony roma's was perfect! The location is great for accessing all parts of the city, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

    I liked the room of the hotel overall and the pool area but I highly suggest you read the comments below.

    Pool is a very nice area however, the sun stops shining due to its bad location after 2pm it is freezing in the cold because of the shade, so I would find another hotel if you get up late & go to the pool after 2pm. No sauna or turkish bath. The receptionist with glasses that "sort of speaks english" does not like English speaking people & is very rude/unorganized. She pretends she is listening while doing a million other things to address my issues, but when a Spanish person speaks she is nice to them. Hotel will charge exorbitantly on phone calls & insurance. The shower in my room is not great. they put a big shower head but it drips to one side &no pressure. The wifi is very bad & they charge $8.00USD for a very common service. Hotel taxi overcharges.An 8000peso ride, he charged me 20,000 pesos claiming its a "especial taxi" The buffet breakfast is emptied out by 9am, no food left and the food is not that great although they do make an omelet to order which is good. There is no bar area to relax for a drink& service in the lounge takes forever. I stayed for 2 days & cancelled my 2nd reservation for a 2day extended stay & it took forever to get a refund as they blamed the "agency" &the agency blamed the hotel, but one phone call to American Express &I got my refund. Hotel is too far from any walking distance to a nice cafe or restaurant and you may get robbed by the area down the road so taking a taxi can get expensive anywhere you go. I stayed at the Intercontinental instead it works out cheaper with all the little charges this hotel takes in & has more bars, restaurants like a resort.

    Offers excellent hotel. The amount of stars that they assign are a bit exaggerated. Among the more expensive hotels a good choice.

    Paying for wifi internet and a safe in a more luxurious hotel is really medieval. Besides this the lack of detail in the hotel. The hot tub is too hot to sit. The steam room is not clean and the gym is broken. This hotel is not a bad choice but to give myself a star too much.

    Location next to Zona Rosa entertainment area. Good concierge.

    Deceptive room information on Booked.net: there is no free wifi in the room. Hard bed. Breakfast never changes day after day.

    The people are friendly and service very good

    I have one claim You gave me a price of COP 1154400 and the Hotel Charged us COP 1424640 they charged us Hotel Insurance plus the IVA . We thought when booking .com give us a price it was all included. We paid around 23 % more could please explain us these descrepances. Sincerely Yours Hyacintho Mario Croes
